Kali is a recent graduate of UC Riverside, with a B.S. in Applied Mathematics in Environmental Science and a minor in Public Policy. Upon completing her degree, she interned with the California Air Resources Board’s legal team, to discover the real-life interaction of science and policy at the state level. She is interested in bridging the gap between science and policy, and is looking to complete a Masters Programme in Climate Change Science and Environmental Systems Sciences at the University of Graz in Austria. In the future, she would like to take an international angle to climate change science and policy, to work for organizations such as the United Nations.
