I’ve been passionately dedicated to working on the climate crisis for years — from my days as a Greenpeace Frontline Canvasser to my time as a California Climate Action Corps Fellow with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife. I became a journalist to bring important environmental issues to light, but I crave more tangible engagement with my community. I want to make as much impact as possible with the skills I already have, while developing even more to help our communities in the face of our climate reality. When I’m not working, I’m enjoying the wild spaces across the Golden State by hiking, birding, camping, and backpacking.
